Instructions for use:
- Submerge the blanket in a bucket of water until the fabric is completely saturated, before wringing it out.
- If you have limited access to water, you can activate the blanket before putting it in a plastic bag and taking it with you where it is needed.
- Coverage will remain enabled in this environment for the remainder of the day.
- You can also pour water from a hose or water bottle over the blanket, wringing out excess water, then put it on your horse.
- We recommend monitoring the temperature of the outside of the blanket to remove it when it has warmed up.
- It can then either be reactivated in water to be used again immediately, or left to dry.
- Care should be taken in humid climates and the rug should be checked more often, as moisture can affect the evaporation process in general, from the blanket or the horse's sweating.
