In case of return

An item doesn't fit you? Did you get the wrong size or is it defective?

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return by clicking on the following link: https://shopify.com/62400299177/account

We will then give you a return number to indicate on your package.

We do not accept any packages without a return number.

Upon receipt, we check that the item is returned to us in its original condition and we issue a purchase voucher.

The little story...

I created the Sellerie Bucéphale in 2008, by opening a store in the Drôme department (in France) because, as a dressage rider, I could not find suitable equipment in the region. My presence quickly expanded by being present at dressage competitions, local competitions, national and international events.

In order to meet the needs of all riders, I developed a website, thus allowing everyone has access to quality technical products, tested and approved.

Since 2016, I have been based in the city of Orange (in France) and partner of regional dressage circuits.

I strive to offer tailor-made and customizable items, and I attach great importance to the direct relationship with my clients.
