Shipping your package

• For in-stock items, packages are generally shipped the day after receipt of your payment (received before 6 p.m.).
• For customers in mainland France, you can choose home delivery DPD Predict in 24 or 48 hours, by appointment. Parcel delivered against signature, without insurance.
• You can also have it delivered to a PickUp relay. The list of available relay points can be found here.
• European customers have the option of having home delivery by Mondial Relay, Colissimo or DPD, upon signature.
• It is also possible to pick up your order from our premises, or to collect it from our stand at the various competitions where we are present (consult the agenda).
• Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
• In the case of items not held in stock, orders will be shipped when all products have arrived at our premises. The indicative deadlines are indicated on the sheet of each product.
• The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
• Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.
• Large or special sized items cannot be shipped and must be picked up locally (food bags, sticks, chambers, etc.)

Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the amount of your basket and the delivery method chosen.

For any collection in store or competition, no fees are charged.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.
