A molded plastic shell that protects the inner side of the cannon bone, worn over a soft neoprene lining. Simple, effective, affordable.
The shell is anatomically shaped to sit against the inner side of the cannon bone—the area that is struck when the horse hits itself during work. Behind it, the KavalPren lining cushions the impact and prevents the plastic from coming into direct contact with the skin. Two hook-and-loop fasteners with extension zones and counter-fasteners provide gradual tightening: the boot stays securely in place without constricting. This model is designed for the front legs; the hind-leg version is reference 335 04.
