Connect the Wireless Edition to the WHIS Competition
- Take the Competition device that displays M on the screen.
- Turn it on while holding down SET, then press SET again until the number appears 7 near the microphone. Then turn off the device.
- Turn it back on by holding down SET and − at the same time. The screen displays “pairing”.
- Within 10 seconds, turn on the Wireless Edition earpiece by holding down the S button: a blue indicator lights up.
- When the blue indicator turns green, the two devices are connected.
Reconnect the WHIS Competition devices to each other
To return to use between two Competition devices (M and S):
- Take the device that displays M on the screen.
- Turn it on while holding down SET, then press SET again until the number appears 2 near the microphone. Then turn off the device.
- Turn the M device back on by holding down SET and − at the same time. The screen displays “pairing”.
- Within 10 seconds, perform the same procedure on the device displaying S.
- When the indicators on both devices turn green, they are connected.
Change the channel
- Turn off the Competition device using the On/Off button.
- Unlock it: turn it on while pressing SET. The device remains unlocked for 5 seconds (the padlock symbol then disappears from the screen).
- Select the channel with + / −.
To use two Competition devices as a group, set them to the same channel: the green indicator lights up once the connection is established.
Using the Wireless Edition
Connecting to Competition devices
Turn on the earpiece while pressing SET: it automatically searches for available signals. As soon as it receives the signal from the Master device, its indicator turns green.
Earpiece volume
Press + or − to adjust the earpiece volume.
Microphone volume
- First turn off the device.
- Unlock it: turn it on while pressing SET. It remains unlocked for 5 seconds.
- During these 5 seconds, adjust the microphone volume with SET.
Mute the microphone (mute)
Press and hold SET: “MUTE” appears on the screens of the Competition devices, and the microphone is muted, so the others can no longer hear you. Press and hold SET again to reactivate the microphone.
