These overreach boots protect the heel bulb and back of the hoof — the two areas the horse can reach itself when it steps on its own feet.
They are lined with neoprene, which absorbs impact, and feature an angled Velcro fastening: this diagonal cut prevents the fastening from rubbing against the limb. Reference ATB23006.

🐎 Why choose this product?
An overreach boot has one specific purpose: preventing the hind hoof from injuring the heel of the foreleg. What makes it comfortable or uncomfortable is the fastening — a straight Velcro fastening eventually marks the limb through repeated rubbing. The diagonal cut solves this issue.
🧴 Usage advice
The overreach boot should reach the ground without dragging: if it is too long, the horse steps on it; if it is too short, it no longer covers the heel bulb. Check the inside every day, as sand is what causes injury.
Composition: 100% polyester, neoprene lining.
