🐎 Why choose this product?
A double-layer elastic strap maintains tension while the horse is working: the protection does not slip down after ten minutes of trotting. A tendon boot covers the back of the cannon bone, where the hind hoof or the other foreleg can strike. It should be worn during work only, never in the pasture or stall: wearing it continuously makes the tendon sweat and weakens it instead of protecting it.
🧴 Care instructions
Place it on a clean, dry leg, with the shell facing outward and the closures toward the back and facing outward. Tighten it enough to fit one finger between the protection and the cannon bone. ⚠️ Remove them immediately after the session. Rinse with clean water after each use and leave to air-dry, never on a radiator: the neoprene will harden. Regularly check the condition of the Velcro closures, as these are the first part to fail.
