Specially designed for the comfort and protection of horses prone to sweet itch, this rug is made from durable, lightweight Oxford fabric, with a perforated neoprene withers panel.

The full neck cover with ear holes, lined mane section, and extra-long tail flap protect the most sensitive areas. The generous length and full belly coverage protect against insects and dirt.

To ensure comfort and freedom of movement in the field, the patented 45° angled T-front closure eliminates pressure on the point of the shoulder, while the elasticated shoulder gusset and patented two-part skirt provide complete freedom of movement for playing and grazing.

The little story...

I founded Sellerie Bucéphale in 2008 by opening a shop in the Drôme department (in France) because, as a dressage rider, I couldn’t find suitable equipment in the area. My presence quickly expanded by attending dressage competitions, local contests, and national and international events.

To meet the needs of all riders, I developed a website, allowing everyone to access high-quality technical products that are tested and approved.

Since 2016, I have been based in the city of Orange (in France) and am a partner of the regional dressage circuits.

I strive to offer custom-made and customizable items, and I place great importance on direct relationships with my customers.
