A riser is not designed to absorb shocks but to rebalance the saddle seat. It is a temporary adjustment tool that should be reassessed as soon as the horse's back changes. ⚠️ A pad cannot correct a saddle that does not fit. If it compensates for a saddle that is too wide or too narrow, the saddle needs adjusting, not the addition of a pad: when used incorrectly, it shifts the problem instead of solving it.
🧴 Directions for use
Place the pad on a clean, dry back, pulling it well up into the saddle's gullet to clear the withers, then check that it is not creased under the panels. Rinse the gel with clean water and leave it to dry flat in the shade.
