The simplest snaffle reins in the range: smooth leather, 16 mm, hook closures. Without rein stops or lining, they are suitable for flatwork and jumping.

Two colors, black or havana, to match the bridle.

✨ Highlights

  • ✔ 16 mm width: the standard width for snaffle reins
  • ✔ Smooth leather that softens and develops a patina session after session
  • ✔ Hook closures: immediate bit changes
  • ✔ Without rein stops: no extra bulk under the hand, allowing the rein to slide freely
  • ✔ Two colors, black or havana

📋 Technical specifications

  • Type: snaffle reins
  • Material: leather
  • Width: 16 mm
  • Closure: hook
  • Color: black or havana
  • Without rein stops

🐎 Why choose this product?

The absence of rein stops is a comfort choice: nothing is felt under the fingers when lengthening or shortening the reins. If you ride with a ring martingale or a breastplate, simply add a pair of rein stops, which we sell separately — the removable models can even be fitted without removing the reins from the bit.

🧴 Care and usage advice

With a martingale, place the rein stops approximately 30 cm from the bit buckles. Check the condition of the leather around the hooks before each ride. Clean with glycerin soap, then apply leather grease, without saturating the area held in the hand.

Composition: leather, metal.
