For horse conformation that tapers toward the hindquarters, when the saddle tends to slide backward.
The oil-tanned leather in the Foster series is nourished with vegetable oils during tanning: the pores open and the oil penetrates deeply through several layers. The leather stays supple for years, does not dry out, and develops that subtly marked patina seen especially on the brown version. The Atlas is designed for a specific conformation: the athletic, wedge-shaped horse with broad shoulders and a hindquarter that tapers away, causing the saddle to slide backward with every stride. Its offset cut brings the support point forward and prevents this slippage.

🐎 Why choose this product?
A saddle that slides backward causes back pain and unbalances the rider. Before changing saddles or adding a breastplate, try the right girth cut.
🧴 Care instructions
Wipe with a cloth after each use and condition with a suitable leather grease, обязательно before the first ride and then regularly. Oil-tanned leather that is allowed to dry out loses what makes it valuable. Take care during the first few weeks: the oil may transfer onto a light-colored saddle pad or white breeches.
Composition
75% oil-tanned leather, 8% cotton, 7% EVA, 5% polypropylene, 5% stainless steel.
