👖 The men's long johns Back on Track are designed to provide therapeutic support for groin, hip, or bladder pain, especially when caused by cold or muscle tension. They are particularly useful for inflammation of the tensor fasciae latae, a muscle often responsible for hip pain in young and adult men.

Their ribbed fabric construction made from polyester and cotton gives them great elasticity, allowing a comfortable fit and easy adaptation to different body shapes. The front of the long johns features an extra space with a double layer of fabric for added comfort.
