🔎 Choosing the right noseband
This bridle comes with its standard noseband: 954 Noseband with More Room for the Cheekbone with Application. When ordering, you can replace it with one of the interchangeable Passier nosebands offered in the “Noseband” option. The labels use the Passier name and article number, as shown on passier.com.
- Caveson Special: anatomical French noseband with a pull-back closure, featuring a keeper for the noseband throatlash. Available in padded white, with a patent leather trim, or with rhinestones.
- Flash Noseband: combination noseband, French style with a throatlash. The “More Room for the Cheekbone” models leave the cheekbone and facial nerve clear.
- Dropped Noseband: German (Hanoverian) noseband, which passes below the bit.
- Figure 8 Noseband: crossed (Mexican) figure-eight noseband.
Any noseband other than the standard one is made to order by Passier: the modification fee (€12) and any price difference for the noseband are already included in the displayed variant price. Nosebands 816, 819, 844 and 954 are only available in the sizes actually manufactured by Passier, which is why some sizes are unavailable for these models. Allow approximately 30 days for production.
