The ANKY Proficient Mesh boots combine a grained outer material with breathable mesh panels covering the back of the limb, where heat builds up.

The fleece-trimmed edges, at the top and bottom, soften the two contact areas where a boot usually leaves a mark: the top of the cannon bone and the fetlock crease.

  • ✔ Fleece-trimmed edges at the top and bottom: no marks at the contact points
  • ✔ Three wide Velcro straps: progressive adjustment across the entire height
  • ✔ Grained outer material, ANKY logo plate
  • ✔ Sold as a pair, in four sizes

🐎 Why choose this product?

A boot protects the cannon bone from knocks, but it also encloses the tendon. That is what the mesh panels are for: allowing air to circulate across the side where heat rises. The fleece-trimmed edges address the other common issue: chafing at the top of the boot during long sessions.

🧴 Usage advice

Adjust the Velcro straps from bottom to top without overtightening: you should be able to slide one finger between the boot and the limb. Remove them after exercise — boots should not be worn in the stall or pasture. Brush them when dry, then wash them with the Velcro fastened.
