A loose-ring elevator bit with a soft synthetic mouthpiece and a Port Hard tongue-relief port.
✨ Key features
- ✔ The Inno Sense collection is made from a synthetic material that is significantly softer than metal, without plasticisers. Horses follow the hand easily and quickly accept this type of mouthpiece.
- ✔ An elastic material that is harder than Port Medium and difficult to flex. The tongue-relief port reduces pressure on the centre of the tongue.
- ✔ Fixed ring fitted with two small rings for the elevator cheekpieces. The bit encourages the horse to raise its head. Fixed rings transmit the action more directly than an elevator bit with loose rings. The pressure points are the poll and the corners of the mouth.
- ✔ This tongue relief is suitable for horses with sensitive tongues or those that stick their tongues out.

🧴 Usage advice
⚠️ Bit size is given in millimetres: this is the width of the mouthpiece from one ring to the other. A 125 measures 12.5 cm. Measure your horse's mouth with a bit-sizing gauge, or use the measurement of the bit it wears: if too wide, the bit moves around and pinches; if too narrow, it presses on the corners of the mouth. Choose the thickness according to the mouth: a thick mouthpiece distributes pressure over a larger surface, but takes up too much space in a shallow mouth or with a thick tongue. ⚠️ The elevator cheekpiece replaces the usual bridle cheekpiece. Two reins allow you to adjust the effect. ⚠️ Check the mouthpiece regularly: when correctly positioned on the bars, it rarely becomes damaged, but a sharp tooth can nick it.
