A protective boot always involves the same dilemma: the more it protects, the more it encloses the limb. The Breathe boots solve this with ventilation slots that run through the shell and allow air to circulate instead of trapping heat around the tendon. The shell combines a flexible section with a reinforced section: it follows the movement while providing strong protection exactly where impacts occur. The inside is padded with an elastic material that conforms to the cannon bone and cushions impacts. The anatomical cut leaves the fetlock clear, and two elastic button straps allow the boot to be put on with one hand. Sand and water do not weigh them down.
