A dressage saddle pad under a jumping saddle sticks out at the front of the flap: this is what distinguishes the two cuts, and it is immediately noticeable. The PU patch is the second key feature—in a balanced position, the pad is subjected to much more shearing than in dressage.
🧴 Care instructions
Pull the pad well up into the saddle's spine channel before girthing. Wash without fabric softener and air-dry. ⚠️ Never iron the PU leather patch and avoid using a tumble dryer, which could cause it to come unstuck.
