Instructions for use:

Daily use or during intense effort:
- Apply a 2cm layer of Manicouagan Clay over the entire area of tendons and joints to be treated.
- Let dry.
- Rinse the leg with water the next day during care.

In case of trauma, to achieve an anti-inflammatory and healing effect:
- Apply the clay as a poultice.
- Cover the area with plastic wrap and a bandage.
- Rinse the leg the next day and repeat daily.
