Latenzo are the sporty mini-chaps in the range: their YKK zipper is fitted at the back on a full-length elastic panel, allowing them to fit calves of very different shapes without gaping or constricting.

The zipper closes from bottom to top and is secured by buttoned flaps at both the top and bottom of the shaft. Soft cowhide leather.

🐎 Why choose this product?

Chaps that gape around the calf ride up and cause chafing; chaps that are too tight restrict circulation. The full-length elastic, rather than a simple gusset, is what allows them to fit the widest variety of calf shapes — useful if you have difficulty finding your size.

🧴 Care instructions

Measure the height and calf circumference while wearing your riding boots before choosing. The leather stretches slightly with use: do not buy them too wide. Clean with glycerin soap, then condition; air-dry, never place on a radiator.

The little story...

I founded Sellerie Bucéphale in 2008, opening a shop in the Drôme department (in France) because, as a dressage rider, I could not find suitable equipment in the region. My presence quickly expanded through participation in dressage shows, local competitions, and national and international events.

To meet the needs of all riders, I developed a website, giving everyone access to high-quality technical products that have been tested and approved.

Since 2016, I have been based in the city of Orange (in France) and have been a partner of regional dressage circuits.

I strive to offer bespoke and customizable items, and I attach great importance to direct relationships with my customers.
