The Shape cut extends lower along the side and tapers away smoothly: there is no edge under the rider’s knee.
With the straight and rounded cuts, the pad stops at the beginning of the flaps. The Shape cut extends significantly lower, down to below the knee, and ends without an angle. The result is better-distributed pressure and, for the rider, nothing more that can be felt through the flap. Shims are included.

🐎 Why choose this product?
This is the cut to choose for a horse that is sensitive to pressure on the shoulder, or for a rider bothered by the edge of a standard pad under the knee. A correction half pad is a useful solution, but it does not replace a properly fitted saddle: Kavalkade reminds us of this, and so do we.
