Adjusting both sides of the headpiece, rather than just one, allows the noseband to be centered on the horse's nasal bone. An off-center halter presses on one side and gapes on the other.
🧴 Care instructions
⚠️ Adjust the halter to allow two fingers under the noseband and two under the throatlatch: if it is too loose, the horse may get a foreleg caught in it while scratching; if it is too tight, it may interfere with chewing. ⚠️ Never leave a horse in a non-breakaway halter in the field or stall without supervision. Hand wash in lukewarm water and air dry.
