The Prince of Wales is the classic spur: a straight shank ending in a rounded tip, with no rowel or roller. This is the women’s version, for shoe sizes 36 to 40: shorter, narrower branches than the men’s model.

🐎 Why choose this product?
When choosing spurs, two things should be considered separately. The branch size depends on your foot: the women’s model is for shoe sizes 36 to 40, the men’s model is from size 41, with longer, wider-set branches, and the children’s model is below size 36. Branches that are too wide slide along the boot, and the spur eventually ends up under the heel.
The shank length should not be chosen with a ruler: it depends on the horse, your leg position and the level of the competitions you enter. If you are unsure, ask us — we will assess it on a case-by-case basis.
