Soft leather is Kavalkade's specialty. The girth is built around a nylon core that gives it structure, wrapped in foam that absorbs shocks, and covered in very supple leather. The result is a girth that follows the horse's movement instead of restricting it, and that does not stiffen over time. The Classic has a straight cut: it suits most horses and remains the default choice when the horse's conformation presents no particular issue.

🧴 Care instructions
Remove mud and sweat with a damp cloth after every ride, then condition the leather with glycerin soap once or twice a month. Leave it to dry flat, away from a heat source: leather that is dried too quickly becomes stiff and loses its softness.
