Thick yet very supple naturally tanned bovine leather, with a stretch panel along the closure and a dressage cut.
The leather feels firm to the touch but folds without resistance: it is naturally tanned solid hide, not leather thinned to make it appear supple. The stretch panel runs along the outer calf, beside the brass-coloured zip that closes from bottom to top, with a safety snap fastening it at both ends. All very-wide and extra-wide calf sizes also feature an elastic triangle at the top. Discreet Kavalkade branding. To choose your size, measure while wearing your riding outfit, including tall socks: the circumference of your calf at its widest point, with your knee bent as when in the saddle, and the height from the ground to the hollow of your knee. 🧴 Care instructions
Brush off dust, clean with glycerine soap, then nourish the leather with a suitable balm as soon as it starts to feel dry. Air-dry naturally, never near a radiator.
