Design

  • Removable cover in genuine lambskin with rolled edges to prevent chafing
  • Cotton finish, Poly-FLex padding with a plastic insert ensuring even pressure distribution
  • elastic bands to facilitate girthing and horse comfort

Girth shape:

  • The anatomical shape is suited for "well-built" horses, with no particular issues.

  • The girth has a cutout in the elbow area allowing good freedom of movement.


Use:

  • To make drying easier and to match your sets, Mattès created the girth with a removable lambskin cover.

Size:

  • Make sure to order the correct girth length. To do this, saddle and girth your horse as if working, then measure up to 15cm below the flaps.
  • The dimensions are measured from buckle to buckle.

The little story...

I founded Sellerie Bucéphale in 2008 by opening a shop in the Drôme department (in France) because, as a dressage rider, I couldn’t find suitable equipment in the area. My presence quickly expanded by attending dressage competitions, local contests, and national and international events.

To meet the needs of all riders, I developed a website, allowing everyone to access high-quality technical products that are tested and approved.

Since 2016, I have been based in the city of Orange (in France) and am a partner of the regional dressage circuits.

I strive to offer custom-made and customizable items, and I place great importance on direct relationships with my customers.
