LeMieux Vector Control Stirrup

A new generation of stirrup: technical and lightweight, without compromising the classic LeMieux style. The ergonomic footbed of the Control stirrup is set at 0°, with a non-slip surface featuring hardened steel pins for maximum boot security.

Machined from aircraft-grade aluminium, they offer an impressive strength-to-weight ratio, weighing just 419 g per stirrup without compromising stability. A double-arch system distributes weight evenly across the entire base of the stirrup. The frame apex is offset and recessed, encouraging 45° outward rotation to help find the optimal foot angle and retrieve a lost stirrup.

The integrated articulated arm features a two-stage release system that prevents accidental opening: under maximum pressure, such as when landing a jump, the rider's weight is distributed evenly, while pressure on the arm releases the foot to reduce the risk of being dragged. The measured release force is 36 N (approximately 3.62 kg), enough to prevent involuntary opening while releasing when necessary. Legal for competition (FEI, British Dressage, British Eventing and British Showjumping).
