Cork as an alternative to leather: a vegan, water-repellent boot, recognizable by the fine beige trim outlining the vamp.
Kavalkade spent nearly two years developing its Cortica collection. The boot has a narrow fit, with a fairly deep instep, so a slim foot is held securely inside. The side zip is curved to follow the ankle, and the front lacing is elastic.

🐎 Why choose this product?
Cork is the bark of the cork oak: it is harvested without cutting down the tree, and it grows back. For anyone looking to ride without leather, it is one of the few options genuinely available in equestrian sports.
🧴 Care instructions
Wipe with a damp cloth. Cork does not react well to greasy leather products or solvents: clean water is all you need. Air-dry away from a heat source.
