 Design

  • Removable cover in genuine lambskin with rolled edges to prevent chafing
  • Slim-Line leather finish: • Even more elbow freedom, more elegant, flatter, and slimmer
    • Visible surfaces in leather. The girths are available in black, brown, and champagne leather.
  • elastic bands to facilitate girthing and horse comfort
  • Spring-mounted buckles in stainless steel
  • Rings for training aids in stainless steel

 

Girth shape:

  • The anatomical shape is suited for "well-built" horses, without particular issues.

  • The girth has a cutout in the elbow area allowing good freedom of movement.

  • To make drying easier and to match your sets, Mattès created the girth with a removable lambskin cover.

The little story...

I founded Sellerie Bucéphale in 2008 by opening a shop in the Drôme department (in France) because, as a dressage rider, I couldn’t find suitable equipment in the area. My presence quickly expanded by attending dressage competitions, local contests, and national and international events.

To meet the needs of all riders, I developed a website, allowing everyone to access high-quality technical products that are tested and approved.

Since 2016, I have been based in the city of Orange (in France) and am a partner of the regional dressage circuits.

I strive to offer custom-made and customizable items, and I place great importance on direct relationships with my customers.
