🐎 Why choose this product?
The quick rubber fastenings always close at the same notch, so the protection returns to the same tightness from one session to the next, unlike Velcro. A tendon boot covers the back of the cannon bone, where the hind leg or the other foreleg may strike. It should be worn during work only, never in the pasture or stall: if worn continuously, it causes the tendon to sweat and weakens it instead of protecting it.
🧴 Care instructions
Place it on a clean, dry leg, with the shell facing outward and the fastenings toward the back and facing outward. Tighten it so that you can slide one finger between the protection and the cannon bone. ⚠️ Remove them as soon as the session ends. Rinse with clean water after each use and leave to air-dry, never on a radiator: the neoprene will harden. Regularly check the condition of the Velcro fasteners, as these are the first part to fail.
