Horses follow the hand easily and quickly accept this type of mouthpiece.

✔ Mouthpiece made of very soft elastic material, around a flexible stainless-steel core. This flexibility makes it a welcoming mouthpiece that horses accept very well.

✔ The rings slide freely through the mouthpiece. The action of the hand is therefore less direct than with a fixed-ring bit: the bit moves, so the horse cannot lean against a fixed point of contact.

📋 Technical specifications

Type: loose-ring bit

Material: Inno Sense

Mouthpiece: soft Flexi Soft

Mouthpiece thicknesses: 14 mm / 15 mm / 20 mm

Sizes (mm): 115 / 125 / 135 / 145

🐎 Why choose this product?

The most welcoming mouthpiece in the range: the one to use for a young horse or a horse whose mouth has been marked by a metal bit.

🧴 Usage advice

⚠️ Bit size is given in millimetres: it is the width of the mouthpiece from one ring to the other. A 125 measures 12.5 cm. Measure your horse's mouth with a bit-sizing ruler, or use the measurement of the bit it wears: if too wide, the bit moves around and pinches; if too narrow, it tightens the corners of the mouth. Choose the thickness according to the mouth: a thick mouthpiece distributes pressure over a larger surface, but takes up too much room in a shallow mouth or with a thick tongue. ⚠️ Fit rubber bit guards: the corner of the mouth is pinched between the mobile ring and the mouthpiece. ⚠️ Check the mouthpiece regularly: when correctly positioned on the bars, it rarely gets damaged, but a sharp tooth can nick it. ⚠️ Flexi Soft is not well suited to strong horses: its flexibility provides no support.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0624/0029/9177/files/E25105_W001_01_0be5ab5c-2d30-476f-ad4b-dc79ea5bb915.jpg?v=1788471816
