Horses follow the hand easily and quickly accept this type of mouthpiece.

✔ A very soft elastic-material mouthpiece over a flexible stainless-steel core. This flexibility makes it a welcoming mouthpiece that horses accept very well.

✔ Two vertical cheeks on a fixed ring, with two small rings for the gag cheekpieces. The cheeks increase lateral support and make steering easier. The ring is smaller than on an ordinary full-cheek bit, so the leverage is reduced.

📋 Technical specifications

Type: full-cheek gag bit

Material: Inno Sense

Mouthpiece: soft Flexi Soft

Mouthpiece thicknesses: 14 mm / 15 mm / 20 mm

Sizes (mm): 115 / 125 / 135 / 145

🐎 Why choose this product?

The most welcoming mouthpiece in the range: the one to use in a young horse’s mouth, or with a horse whose mouth has been marked by a metal bit.

🧴 Usage advice

⚠️ Bit size is given in millimetres: it is the width of the mouthpiece from one ring to the other. A 125 measures 12.5 cm. Measure your horse’s mouth with a bit-sizing ruler, or use the measurement of the bit it wears: too wide, the bit moves around and pinches; too narrow, it squeezes the corners of the mouth. Thickness should be chosen according to the mouth: a thick mouthpiece distributes pressure over a larger surface, but takes up too much room in a shallow mouth or with a thick tongue. ⚠️ The gag cheekpiece replaces the usual bridle cheekpiece. ⚠️ Check the mouthpiece regularly: when correctly positioned on the bars, it rarely becomes damaged, but a sharp tooth can nick it. ⚠️ Flexi Soft is not well suited to strong horses: its flexibility does not provide support.

https://selleriebucephale.com/en/products/mors-trust-inno-sense-releveur-a-aiguilles-flexi-soft-souple
