A 125 measures 12.5 cm. Measure your horse’s mouth with a measuring gauge, or use the measurement of the bit it currently wears: if too wide, the bit moves around and pinches; if too narrow, it presses into the corners of the mouth. ⚠️ The blue colour turns silver-grey or brown-grey with use, and an orange film appears when the bit remains unused: this is normal Sweet Iron behaviour, not a defect. A wipe with a damp cloth is enough to remove it.
