Measure your horse's mouth with a bit ruler, or use the measurement of the bit it currently wears: if it is too wide, the bit moves around and pinches; if it is too narrow, it tightens the corners of the mouth. ⚠️ The hackamore acts on the nasal bone: make sure the noseband rests on the bone and not on the cartilage of the nostrils. ⚠️ The blue colour turns silver-grey or brownish-grey with use, and an orange film appears when the bit remains unused: this is the normal behaviour of Sweet Iron, not a defect.
