SPIRULINA NOODLES – Supply of proteins, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants
Spirulina is a blue-green microalga known for its exceptional nutritional qualities. It is particularly rich in high-quality plant proteins, containing between 60 and 70% protein, which is twice as much as soy. Moreover, it contains the eight essential amino acids that the body cannot produce: isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine.
Characteristics:
-
Rich in vitamins: Spirulina contains a wide variety of vitamins, notably vitamin A (beta-carotene, 15 times more than carrots), B-group vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B12), as well as vitamins D, E, and K.
-
Source of minerals and trace elements: It provides essential minerals and trace elements beneficial for the overall health of the horse.
-
Antioxidants and pigments: Spirulina is rich in chlorophyll (with detoxifying properties), phycocyanin (which stimulates the immune system), carotenoids (antioxidants), and polysaccharides (carbohydrates easily absorbed without causing an insulin spike).
Benefits:
-
Support for training: SPIRULINA NOODLES is especially recommended for horses undergoing intensive training, thanks to its supply of proteins and essential nutrients.
-
Muscle development: Ideal for horses lacking muscle mass, it promotes the development and maintenance of musculature.
-
Support for mares, foals and yearlings: Its supply of vitamins, minerals and trace elements is beneficial for mares in gestation or lactation, as well as for the growth of foals and yearlings.
-
