SPIRULINA NOODLES – Supply of proteins, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants

Spirulina is a blue-green microalga known for its exceptional nutritional qualities. It is particularly rich in high-quality plant proteins, containing between 60 and 70% protein, which is twice as much as soy. Moreover, it contains the eight essential amino acids that the body cannot produce: isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine.

Characteristics:

• Rich in vitamins: Spirulina contains a wide variety of vitamins, notably vitamin A (beta-carotene, 15 times more than carrots), B-group vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B12), as well as vitamins D, E, and K.

• Source of minerals and trace elements: It provides essential minerals and trace elements beneficial for the overall health of the horse.

• Antioxidants and pigments: Spirulina is rich in chlorophyll (with detoxifying properties), phycocyanin (which stimulates the immune system), carotenoids (antioxidants), and polysaccharides (carbohydrates easily absorbed without causing an insulin spike).
