On delicate areas — nose bridge, ears, bridle path, fetlocks — speed matters just as much as the blade: too slow and it pulls the hair; too fast and it heats up. The five settings make it possible to find the right adjustment for the hair's density. The titanium-plated fixed blade and ceramic moving blade stay sharp for a long time while generating little heat — the ceramic is what prevents hot spots on delicate skin. Adjustable cutting height from 0.5 to 2 mm using the side slider, plus 4 guide combs for greater lengths.
