Girth shape:

• The special girths are suitable for Icelandic horses, ponies, small Arabian mares, and horses with similar morphology.
• These girths have been specially developed in cooperation with riders for use on horses with narrow chests, small horses and/or those with a short back and a very round rib cage.

• Due to its slightly curved cut, the girth is suited for this type of horse and prevents the girth from slipping forward in the elbow mobility area.

• Due to the short distance between the two front legs, these girths do not have a widened central piece, which prevents movement restriction.

Usage:

• To facilitate drying, to match your sets, Mattès created the girth with a removable lambskin cover.
• You can purchase the sleeves and base straps separately.

Size:

• Make sure to order the correct girth length. To do this, saddle and girth your horse as if working, take the measurement at most 15cm below the flaps.
