🧴 Tips for use
Pull the pad up into the saddle's gullet before girthing up, to clear the withers: a pad stretched over the spinous processes presses exactly where it should not. Brush it dry after the session and wash it regularly—it is the salt from sweat, not the fabric, that irritates the skin. ⚠️ Do not use fabric softener: it clogs the fibres that regulate moisture.
