The martingale is generally used for show jumping and prevents the horse from sharply raising its head. This martingale is attached to the noseband and not to the bit. It is perfectly suited for fox hunting.
I founded Sellerie Bucéphale in 2008 by opening a shop in the Drôme county (in France) because, as a dressage rider, I could not find suitable equipment in the area. My presence quickly grew by attending dressage contests, local competitions, and national and international events.
To meet the needs of all riders, I developed a website, allowing everyone to access quality technical products, tested and approved.
Since 2016, I have been based in the town of Orange (in France) and am a partner of the regional dressage circuits.
I strive to offer custom-made and personalisable items, and I place great importance on direct relationships with my customers.
