🐎 Why choose this product?
XS sizes are designed for ponies, Shetland ponies and foals: a shortened horse rug is not a substitute for a cut designed for their build. A cooler rug works through capillary action: the fleece draws moisture from the coat to the outside, where it evaporates. The horse dries without getting chilled, helping to prevent chills and muscle contraction after exercise. ⚠️ It is neither waterproof nor suitable for turnout: it is a stable, transport and after-work rug.
🧴 Care instructions
Fleece can be machine-washed at a low temperature. ⚠️ Do not use fabric softener: it clogs the fibres and stops the fleece from wicking moisture. Air-dry only, never in a hot tumble dryer. ⚠️ The stated size is the back length: measure your horse from the withers to the base of the tail, along the spine.
