A fetlock boot covers the inside of the hind fetlock, where the horse may strike itself when landing after a jump. It is worn during work, never in the field or stable. The high-cut version provides protection farther up the cannon bone, for a horse that strikes itself above the fetlock.
🧴 Instructions for use
⚠️ This model has elastic closures, which are not permitted by FEI regulations on hind leg protection. Check the national regulations currently in force for your discipline before using it in competition. Place it on a clean, dry leg, with the shell facing inward toward the fetlock and the closures directed backward and outward. Tighten it enough to slide one finger between the protection and the leg. ⚠️ Remove them as soon as the session ends. Rinse with clean water after each use and leave to air-dry. Regularly check the condition of the hook-and-loop fasteners, as these are the first components to come loose.
