Installing the power bank
- Place the power bank in its designated inner pocket.
- Always place it in the pocket with the charging port facing upward.
- Connect the garment cable to the power bank.
With the charging port facing upward, the cable does not pull unnecessarily when connected: this prevents the button from coming loose on the outside or the zipper from breaking.
Turning on and heat settings
The temperature can be adjusted in two ways: using the button integrated into the garment or with the iWarm app.
- Turn on: press the button integrated into the garment. It lights up blue: the heating elements are activated at the coldest setting.
- Medium setting: press again; the button turns orange.
- Warmest setting: press once more; the button turns red.

iWarm app
The app lets you adjust the temperature even more precisely.
- Download the iWarm app to your phone.
- Turn on the garment's button.
- Once the button is switched on, connect the app to the garment via Bluetooth.
Make sure to download the iWarm app, not the iWarm Pro app: the latter does not work optimally with Coach garments and may even cause a malfunction.
WHIS Power Bank Fast Charge
Designed primarily for Coach jackets, it fits into the dedicated battery pocket and powers the heating elements. It can also charge a phone, tablet, or your WHIS outfits.

- Recharge: connect the power bank to its Micro USB or USB-C input (fast charging).
- Check the charge: the 4 LED indicators show how full the battery is.
Washing
- Make sure the connection cable is in the inside pocket, with the zipper closed.
- Close all zippers.
- Wash at 30 °C, with a maximum spin speed of 800 rpm.
- Avoid chemicals and fabric softeners.
- Do not tumble dry.
