In case of return

  Is an item not right for you? Did you get the wrong size or is it defective?

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return by clicking on the following link: https://shopify.com/62400299177/account

We will then give you a return number to indicate on your package.

We do not accept any packages without a return number.

Upon receipt, we check that the item is returned to us in its original condition and we issue a purchase receipt.

The little story ...

I created the Sellerie Bucéphale in 2008, by opening a boutique in the Drôme department (In France) because, as a dressage rider, I couldn't find suitable equipment in the region. My presence quickly expanded, taking part in dressage competitions, local competitions, national and international events.

In order to meet the needs of all riders, I have developed a website, allowing everyone to access quality, tested and approved technical products.

Since 2016, I have been living in the city of Orange (In France) and partner of regional dressage circuits.

I strive to offer tailor-made and customizable items, and I attach great importance to the direct relationship with my customers.
