Shipping your package

• For items in stock, packages are generally shipped the day after receipt of your payment (received before 6 p.m.).
• For customers in mainland France, you can choose home delivery DPD Predict in 24 or 48 hours, by appointment. Packages given against signature, without insurance.
• You can also have Pickup relay delivered. The list of available relay points is here.
• European customers have the possibility either to have their own delivered by Mondial Relay, Colissimo or DPD, against signature.
• It is also possible to pick up your order from our premises, or to recover it on our stand on the various competitions where we are present (consult the agenda).
• Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online.
• In the event of items not held in stock, orders will be shipped when all the products have reached our premises. Indicative deadlines are indicated on the sheet of each product.
• The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
• Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to the package containing fragile products.
• Volume or special articles of special dimension cannot be shipped and are to come and get on site (food bags, sticks, chambrières ....)

Shipping costs

The shipping costs vary according to the amount of your basket and the delivery method chosen.

For any removal in store or in competition, no costs are asked.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal costs. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.
