🐎 Why choose this product?
The girth area is the part of the horse that experiences the most rubbing: the skin is thin there, the elbow passes through with every stride, and a girth gall can take weeks to heal. Everything that happens there is reflected in the horse's movement.
🧴 How to use
⚠️ Tighten the girth in several stages, walking between each hole: a horse that is girthed all at once tenses up and expands its belly, leaving the girth too loose ten minutes later. ⚠️ Measure the length from one billet hole to the other with the girth in place: the buckles must remain above the elbow and beneath the saddle flap, never straddling either one. Brush the sheepskin when dry and hand-wash it in lukewarm water without fabric softener. Clean with glycerine soap, then apply leather grease once the leather is dry.
