The bare rope is the sharpest configuration in the range: it concentrates pressure on a cord. It is intended for a horse that is not adequately controlled by a flat noseband, not for a horse that already accepts contact.
🧴 Use and care
⚠️ A rope noseband should never be tightened like a flat noseband: leave room for two fingers, as the mark appears quickly. Clean with glycerin soap after each use, then condition once the leather is dry. ⚠️ Never dry leather near a radiator: it will harden and crack.
