🧴 Advice for use
⚠️ Choose according to the ground, not habit: hard, dry ground calls for a thinner stud; wet or deep ground calls for a thicker stud. The outer studs should be the same length as the inner ones, or at most 0.5 cm longer—beyond that, the foot will land unevenly. Clean the hole with a tap cleaner and run the tap through it again before screwing in the stud: dirty threads damage both the stud and the horseshoe. Remove the studs as soon as the event is over; never transport or stable the horse with them in.
