8. Withdrawal
The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days (article L121-20 of the Consumer Code) and 14 days from 06/14/14 (article L121-21 of the Consumer Code) from the delivery date to return the product in its original packaging for replacement or refund. Only the return or exchange of products will be accepted. in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.), in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, unworn, and accompanied by the return number, shipped within one week after obtaining the return agreement. Products sold in blister packs or with a warranty label must be returned as is. Otherwise, the package will be refused.
Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Credit notes are issued within 24 hours of receipt of returned items. By default, a voucher for the amount of this credit note will be issued. In the case of a refund for an order placed postage-free, the amount of the postage costs, namely €9 to date, will be deducted.
Items on sale or on promotion may benefit from the right of withdrawal. For these items, a voucher for the amount corresponding to the price of the products will be issued.
In the event of non-receipt of the return package 14 days after the customer's request, if the customer does not provide proof of sending the package within the time limit (1 week after agreement), the items will be considered definitively accepted by the customer, and the return will be cancelled (article L. 121-21-3 al. 1 of the Consumer Code).
Please note that items made or personalized especially for the customer (half-measure or made-to-measure items, embroidery, items made according to your color or size specifications, etc.) as well as perishable products cannot be returned, e.g.: food, boots, jackets, tailcoats, saddles, Passier bridlework, etc.
