🧴 Care instructions
⚠️ Apply with consistent tension, leaving enough room for one finger, and remove the bandages as soon as exercise is over. Wash without fabric softener and air-dry—the tumble dryer felts the fleece and shortens the bandage, so it no longer wraps all the way around.
