A bonnet covers areas that no fly sheet can reach: the eyes and ears, where flies settle and the horse cannot chase them away. Covered ears also help prevent midge bites, which cause scabs along the edge of the ear.
🧴 Care instructions
The bonnet can be hand-washed or machine-washed at a low temperature in a laundry bag. ⚠️ Regularly check the condition of the mesh around the eyes: once the mesh is torn, it no longer provides protection, and the edge may cause irritation.
