To celebrate its history, Back on Track is relaunching one of its first saddle pad models—updated and improved.
Its anatomical design, which has become a brand classic, allows the pad to mold to the curve of the back, lifting it clearly above the withers to prevent pressure points. The straps have been replaced by foam-filled stop cushions that keep the pad in place and prevent it from sliding backward.
The interior, in direct contact with the horse, is fully lined with our Welltex®-infused Power Waffle™ fabric—the material that reflects far-infrared (FIR) energy most strongly in the entire range, thanks to its high content of minerals fused into the fabric fibers. The effect is enhanced by an additional layer of Welltex® material in the padding.
FIR is known to stimulate circulation, which may help reduce muscle tension and keep the back warm and supple during training and competition, thereby limiting the risk of injury. The Power Waffle™ fabric also creates small air pockets that allow air to circulate and wick away moisture.
